MEDICINE BALL PULLOVERS
The Medicine Ball Pullovers is an intermediate level upper body exercise. Start on your back with your arms extended over your head holding the medicine ball. Slowly lower your arms down so that your elbows come down towards your ears until the medicine ball touches the ground above your head then slowly raise your arms back up to the start position as you breathe out. Make sure to have a slight flex at the elbows throughout the range of motion.
